Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

All of our kits are tested and retested before they are sent out to ensure that they are working properly. Because of the sensitive nature of the bulbs and LEDs to handling and electrical current, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you find that you ordered the wrong item or the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, and you have NOT used it, then you can either return it for a refund or exchange it for the correct item. However, before you can return or exchange it, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. After 7 days we will assume that the order was correct and that you are satisfied.

Core Exchanges on the Gauge Cluster Face, Needle Kits

Mitsubishi does not sell just the gauge cluster faces or needles for any of their gauge clusters. Therefore, we only have a limited number of sets of faces and needles that we can convert and then sell. What makes it possible for us to continue selling the sets is for the people who purchase the faces and/or needles to send us back their stock faces and needles so that we can convert them and send them to someone else. We attempted to do this by "word of honor" that the purchaser would send the stock items right back, but because of negligence and flat out lying, we have lost several sets of faces and needles to people who now refuse to send back the stock ones. As a result, we now must charge a core exchange fee of $100 to all those who order a gauge face or needle kit. This fee is fully refunded to the purchaser when we receive back their stock faces/needles. All they need to do is once they receive the altered gauge faces and/or converted needle kit and install it, send us back their stock faces/needles and we'll refund the $100 immediately upon receipt of the items. Please feel free to ask us if you have any questions about the core exchange.

Shipping

To help keep the cost of shipping low, we ship all of our domestic kits via US First Class mail. However, this shipping method is NOT INSURED. In the event that the package is damaged or lost during shipment, the order CANNOT be replaced or recovered. The buyer would be required to purchase another kit. Although we have shipped hundreds of kits using this method and have encountered no problems, there have been 2-3 orders which have been lost in the mail. If you would like your ordered to be insured, then you can add the FedEX shipping option to your cart. Shipping your order by FedEx will insure your order for the full price. FedEx shipping also provides a tracking number so you can track your order.
